• Postage is free for all orders $75 and above.
  
• Orders must be within a single transaction.
  
• Valid only for normal post. Registered post is available at an additional $2.24.

• Please leave a comment stating the item you're interested in, together with your name and email address.
  
• Alternatively, you can email us at rummaged.mail@gmail.com with the same information.
  
• We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  
• Priority will be given to those who can confirm and make payment immediately.
  
• Please note that all prices are fixed.
  
• We do not deal with reservations, meetups or trades.

• We accept bank transfers from UOB, DBS and POSB.
  
• We will also take cash deposits if you do not have a bank account.
  
• Please do not send us concealed cash for your own safety.
  
• We will not be held responsible for missing cash.
  
• For all transactions, payment must be made within 24 hours.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel the sale if item is not paid for within 24 hours.
  
• No interbank transfers are accepted as it takes 2 to 3 working days.

• We use Singpost to mail your goods, which takes 2-4 working days for arrival.
  
• Items will be posted out within 48 hours upon receiving payment.
  
• Prices are not inclusive of postage unless otherwise stated.
  
• Postage fees are generally $1.00 to $2.00 for regular mail.
  
• We will not be held responsible for lost parcels unless it was registered.
  
• Registered mail (additional $2.24) is highly recommended, especially if purchasing several items.
  

• All sales are final.
  
• Exchanges are only accepted when an item has been grossly misrepresented.
  
• We do not take returns for items that do not fit. Measurements are provided for all products so please read them carefully.
  
• We do not take returns for color variance. Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
  
• If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us BEFORE purchasing so we may assist you.
  
• All returns must be received within 3 working days of agreed terms.
  
• Product must be received in the same condition it was sent.
  
• Buyer to pay for return postage fees.
